Director & Founder

Dean holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia, with Majors in Accounting and Finance. His professional journey commenced as an external auditor at RSM, where he gained extensive experience working with a diverse portfolio of public and private clients in both Australia and the United States. Subsequently, he relocated to the United States to join the Siegfried Group, where he served as a Manager on engagements with multiple New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and National Association of Securities Dealers Automated Quotations (NASDAQ) listed clients. Additionally, within the Siegfried Group, Dean performed the role of a Team Leader, guiding and mentoring a group of his peers.

In 2022, upon returning to Australia, Dean established the Prospero Leadership Advisory Group. Since its inception, Dean has collaborated with prominent Australian clients, offering effective and efficient solutions to their accounting and finance initiatives.

Beyond his Director role at the Prospero Leadership Advisory Group, Dean currently holds the position of a Western Australian Justice of the Peace, is a Chartered Accountant, serves as a Strata Company Treasurer and collaborates as a Young Chartered Accountant Panel Member. He maintains memberships in various local and global organisations, actively participating in both professional and volunteer capacities.
